Organic Vegetable Oils

Organic Vegetable Oils
What is vegetable oil? It is an oily substance obtained from seeds and fruits of various oilseed plants, by pressure, or by solvent extraction. Vegetable oils consist predominantly of fatty acids (95 to 98% of glycerides). Glycerides are esters; molecules formed by the union of one, two or three fatty acids with glycerol, glycerol having three alcohol functions each capable of binding with a fatty acid.
