Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer under the Act of 6 April 2010 on market practices and consumer protection, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receipt of the products (this does not apply not businesses). If you want to return us our products within 14 days, you must contact our Customer Service by email ([email protected]) for them of your desire to return our products. Include your order number and the reasons why you want to cancel your order you will then receive instructions on how to proceed via e-mail

Caution, do not forget to take care of the goods as it is in your possession, damaged or used products will not be accepted. Additionally they should be returned in their original packaging. The return costs of our products are at our expense. The return of products is at your own risk. If all conditions are met, the amount of the order will be refunded The right of withdrawal do not apply to:

• Items damaged, soiled, worn, repaired by third parties and / or buyer.

• Incomplete items (parts, manual and / or missing accessories)

• Items whose packaging is not original

In case of returns or abusive cancellation, we reserve the right to refuse a subsequent order from a customer.
