Derived from the beauty rituals of Berber women in Morocco, aker fassi powder is made from poppy powder and pomegranate bark dried naturally in the sun.

Berber women in Morocco use it to make up their lips and cheeks. It is simply applied with a thin, damp brush, or a wet finger passed through the powder.

It's a simple, effective, 100% organic make-up and the result is downright superb: a matte shimmering red, like bitten lips, which lasts for a long time and can be enhanced with a gloss.

Aaker fassi also protects the lips from drying out and does not stain when applied.

The pigments can also be used in long-lasting makeup for the cheeks to give a healthy glow.

To be used in very small quantities because aker fassi is by nature a very strong coloring agent.

Poppy powder can also be used as a natural coloring agent for all cosmetic preparations: soaps, creams, milks.
